Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.
I finally learned what was holding me back and landed my first VP role. A couple of years later, I was recruited for an EVP position. I had figured it out. And what was even better, my struggles taught me what I needed to do to finally become a VP so I could teach others!

I felt like I was the only one struggling.
When I was an EVP, I had the opportunity to join a peer group and that changed everything for me. Finally, I was able to share my challenges and get support from people who understood. The seed was planted and I decided part of my mission was to create these groups in the world.
But I soon discovered that my true mission is much bigger than that! It’s to help close the gender gap in senior leadership by working with aspiring executives to break into senior roles and women who are already executives to thrive there, without burning out.
I believe that more women in leadership is the solution to so many of the challenges we face.
I want to help you land that VP role and thrive in it. I want to provide you with a community of supportive, like-minded women to help you get better and cheer you on along the way.
